Windows Autopilot consulting for implementation and ESP troubleshooting.
Broken Autopilot? Assess. Remediate. Design + pilot.
When ESP stalls, required apps race each other, or enrollment works only in the lab, the visible error is rarely the whole problem.
Premium Cloud is a Microsoft partner. Consulting is the expert path for teams that keep endpoint operations in-house: we trace the enrollment path, isolate the constraint, and leave you with a working design, prioritized remediation, and documentation matched to the package you choose.
Buy the intervention your team needs.
Diagnose, recommend, deliver, hand back.
The failure can sit outside the Autopilot profile.
Scope and quote follow the diagnostic.
We do not guess at a remediation price before seeing the enrollment path. You receive a custom quote after diagnostic for the package and boundaries the evidence supports.

Frequently asked questions
How is Consulting different from Managed?
Consulting is for teams that keep endpoint operations in-house and need Assess, ESP recovery, or Design + pilot. Managed is named monthly care when you want us to own Autopilot enrollment ongoing. Same diagnostic-first gate; different operating model.
Is this a one-time fix or recurring Managed care?
Consulting packages are scoped interventions — Assess, Remediate, or Design + pilot — with an optional advisory retainer. If you need ongoing enrollment ownership after week two, Managed is the recurring path. Quote after evidence either way.
We already have an MSP — can consulting coexist?
Yes. We own the Autopilot enrollment path for the engagement; your MSP can keep the helpdesk and other Microsoft 365 work. This is not a pitch to fire your MSP.
Stop debugging one error at a time.
Start with the readiness check so the diagnostic is framed around your current failure, fleet, and operating model.
