Managed Windows Autopilot

Managed Windows Autopilot service that finishes and stays finished.

Named monthly care so Autopilot finishes and stays finished — for teams that want enrollment owned.

Managed Autopilot is for organizations that want Autopilot owned for them — without turning every app, profile, and ESP failure into an internal troubleshooting project.

Premium Cloud is a Microsoft partner with Autopilot work in government and healthcare. Go live is not the same as an owned baseline after week two: we establish the go-live baseline, document dependencies, and provide named monthly care. Scope stays deliberate — enrollment ownership, not unlimited helpdesk.

Managed baseline

What we build and manage.

Autopilot deployment profiles and Enrollment Status Page settings designed to complete on supported devices
Configuration profiles, CSPs, compliance baseline, required-app sequencing, and enrollment workflow
Log Analytics or equivalent Intune and endpoint monitoring for enrollment and configuration failures
Targeted remediation tasks and scripts for recurring Autopilot and Intune errors in scope
Documented Entra Connect and Cloud Kerberos Trust prerequisites for required on-premises access
Microsoft Defender endpoint management in the managed baseline
Universal Print connectors, shares, Intune assignment, and ongoing management when scoped
An Intune-ready Microsoft 365 licensing path, plus drift checks, small policy tweaks, and a health digest
Clear boundaries

Managed Autopilot is not a full helpdesk.

The go-live baseline is the operating boundary. That keeps monthly care focused on enrollment reliability instead of becoming an undefined break-fix agreement.

Unlimited new apps, sites, or profiles require a change order
Hybrid Entra join, white-glove, self-deploying, and kiosk modes are scoped separately
macOS, iOS, and Android MDM are not the primary service
Customer-facing hardware portals and supplier name-dropping are out of scope
Unsupported hardware, missing licenses, and external dependencies prevent any guarantee of zero ESP failures
How it works

Diagnostic, build, then monthly care.

1. Diagnostic and baseline design — evidence before retainer
2. Build and onboard — establish the go-live baseline and document dependencies
3. Monthly care — drift checks, remediations in scope, and a health digest
Engagement shape

Build once, then manage the frozen baseline.

Separate build and onboarding fee plus a monthly Managed fee
Typical 12-month minimum or an agreed early-termination provision
Annual prepay is preferred; monthly terms are quoted separately
Final scope and quote after diagnostic

Questions

Frequently asked questions

We already have an MSP — can Managed Autopilot coexist?

Yes. We own Autopilot enrollment; your MSP can keep the helpdesk and other Microsoft 365 work. This is enrollment ownership, not a request to replace your MSP.

What is included versus a change order?

Included: profiles and ESP designed to complete, apps and CSPs in the frozen baseline, monitoring and remediations for recurring in-scope failures, Defender, Universal Print and Cloud Kerberos when needed, and named monthly drift care. Net-new apps, sites, profiles, hybrid join, white-glove, self-deploying, and kiosk modes are change orders unless purchased up front.

Why not month-to-month broad Intune administration?

Managed Autopilot is deliberately narrower than broad per-device Intune administration. Monthly care covers the agreed enrollment baseline and recurring ESP reliability; adjacent endpoint operations are scoped separately. The build fee and term exist because diagnostic evidence of recurring ESP cost makes “setup then cancel” the expensive choice.

Give enrollment a named owner.

Book the diagnostic to confirm fleet scale, Intune readiness, dependencies, and whether Managed is the right operating model.
