Windows Autopilot

Windows Autopilot that finishes — managed by a Microsoft partner.

Managed care when you want Autopilot owned — lean IT or larger fleets — or consulting when you keep the stack — diagnostic first.

A laptop is only day-one ready when enrollment completes, required apps arrive in the right order, security policy applies, and the user can reach the resources they need.

Premium Cloud is a Microsoft partner. We design and repair that Autopilot path for government agencies and healthcare providers — and for teams that need the same day-one readiness without turning enrollment into a permanent ESP ticket queue.

Proof

Enrollment ownership, not another ticket queue.

Microsoft partner. Autopilot experience in government and healthcare environments where day-one readiness is non-negotiable. We own the enrollment path; this is not unlimited helpdesk.

How it works

Evidence first, then the right engagement.

1. Diagnostic — short readiness form on fleet, Intune state, and enrollment failures
2. Fit check — qualified teams can book a diagnostic; earlier-stage teams receive a practical next step; others get relevant public guidance
3. Engagement — Managed retainer or Consulting SOW only after evidence
The complete path

Autopilot succeeds or fails as a system.

The diagnostic follows the dependencies around enrollment instead of treating a deployment profile as the whole solution.

Deployment profiles and Enrollment Status Page behavior designed around a supportable enrollment sequence
Required apps, configuration profiles, compliance policy, and sequencing
Enrollment and endpoint monitoring with targeted remediation for recurring failures
On-premises access through documented Entra Connect and Cloud Kerberos Trust prerequisites when needed
Microsoft Defender endpoint management in the baseline
Universal Print connectors, shares, and Intune assignment where printing is in scope

Questions

Frequently asked questions

We already have an MSP — can you coexist?

Yes. We own Autopilot enrollment; your MSP can keep the helpdesk and other Microsoft 365 work. Helpdesk is not the same as platform operator — this is not a pitch to fire your MSP.

Can we just buy a one-time Autopilot setup?

One-time setup without ownership is how ESP ticket queues return. Managed uses a build fee plus a term with scope freeze because recurring enrollment failures have a cost. Consulting packages cover Assess, Remediate, or Design + pilot when you keep operations in-house — still scoped after diagnostic evidence.

Do you offer full Intune management like broad per-device peers?

No. We stay Autopilot-narrow: enrollment that finishes and stays finished. We are not competing as broad Intune administration with unlimited endpoint ops. Adjacent work is scoped separately after the diagnostic.

Make the next enrollment predictable.

Start with a short readiness check. We will use the diagnostic to separate a design problem from an operational one — then point you to Managed or Consulting.
